Our company offers a comprehensive program for English teaching, with a focus on high-end courses.

With our head office located in Guangzhou City, China, our recruitment agency is fully-licensed by municipal and provincial government, hence we are able to issue proper work visa. Our company is well-known in the city for its standards of teaching and the quality of its instructors. Our manager Echo Qiu has studied extensively in Australia.

Our students range from pre-school children to adults. Contracts are available for 6 months or 1 year.

Position Details:

Job Title: Teaching Consultant

Job Location: Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. Shanghai, Beijing and other cities may be arranged.

Monthly Base Pay: Ranging from 8,500 RMB (approximately $1,750 AUD) with employer provided accommodation or 10,000 RMB without accommodation.

Hours/Week: 25-40 (maximum 25 teaching hours in class). Any teaching hours over 25 are paid at an overtime rate of 100 RMB (approximately $21 AUD) per hour. There are 2 days off per week.

Accommodation: Western style and fully furnished. Employee pays for utility bills.

Holidays: All public holidays in China.

Airfare Allowance: 4,000 RMB (about $843 AUD) reimbursement paid at completion of 1 year contract.

Visa: We could offer proper work visa. Applicants pay for visa application fee.

Health Insurance: Available to purchase through us.

Start Date: Anytime that is convenient for you.

Other: On-the-job training and teaching materials will be provided. Chinese teaching assistant will assist in each class. Chinese assistant will be arranged for airport pick up and help to settle down in Guangzhou. Assistance to arrange Chinese language courses if needed.


As a teaching consultant, your duties include lesson planning and classroom teaching. You'll be responsible for the welfare and wellbeing of your students during class time and office hours. You may also be required to host events and represent your school publicly. This could include Christmas and Halloween parties, spelling bees, public demo lessons and even birthday celebrations for the students.

Recruitment procedure:

Our recruitment procedure is first having a face-to-face chat so that we can get to know you better and answer any questions you have regarding teaching and living in Guangzhou, China.

Then we need a 15 minute teaching video from you to demonstrate that you understand the basic lesson structure. You can do the video on your own, you don’t have to teach real students. We prefer that you upload it to YouTube so that we can easily access it (Don’t worry, you can set the video to private so only we see it).

Once you’ve secured a position with us, guidance will be provided to help you through the Chinese visa application process. Once you’ve got your visa, you’re all set to go. Simply notify us about your arrival time in China and we’ll pick you up, take you to your accommodation and provide you with some extra training to prepare you for your future duties.


Native or near native English Speakers. Experience in teaching preferred but not essential. Punctual and responsible with a sound work ethic. We require individuals who are energetic and enthusiastic. No criminal record.
