First Leap School is looking for native English teachers who would like to teach in China. We have many branch schools in southern China.

Locations: Beijing, Nanjing, Hefei, Shenyang, Anshan, Nanchang, Datong, Suzhou, Linyi, Zhengzhou, Guangzhou, Zhenjiang, and Sanya


  • 2-12 years old
  • 32 hours/week from Wednesday to Sunday, off on Monday and Tuesday
  • Less than 15 students per class
  • Chinese assistant
  • Advanced teaching equipment
  • Complete curriculum system
  • Extracurricular activities



  • 7,000 RMB monthly after tax
  • 500-750 KPI
  • 3,000 RMB per month housing allowance for the position in Beijing; 2,000 RMB per month in Nanjing City; 1,500 RMB per month for other cities
  • Work visa provided as long as you are qualified for the working visa requirement or F visa
  • 6,000 RMB airfare allowance after one year contract
  • 8 days in Beijing for free training, paid (date of training are October 24th, November 7th, 21st, 5th. So you have to be in China two days before)
  • 12 days for free hotels
  • Free airport pickup
  • Paid public holidays
  • Free airfare allowance to other cities



  • Native English speakers
  • 20-40 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • No police record
  • TEFL/TESL desirable
  • Experience preferred but not strictly required
  • High spirit of adventures and a sense of humor
