AUM aims to create a solid learning environment that facilitates the development of a generation of leaders who are committed to the culture of their community and the global ethical values of professionalism. Our students enjoy a continuous learning process that teaches them to seek knowledge, gain experience and commit to more responsibility. AUM focuses on its students by applying the "Learner Centered Approach," which aids the university in the process of character building and the development of creative and independent critical thinking skills for students. AUM emphasizes that the acquisition of theoretical knowledge must be accompanied first and foremost by student empowerment, enabling students to not only apply this knowledge, but also benefit from it both in their professional and personal lives.
The AUM Building is the "heart" of the campus as it houses many major components of AUM including the Library, E-Library, Student Affairs and Counseling Department, Student Activities Center, student clubs and societies, and food court. Faculty offices are located on the first and second floors and most leisure/extracurricular components - including the food court and student societies - are located in the basement, which opens out to the outdoor Roman Theater.
The impact of the AUM Building's structure is two-fold: the building offers a calm, quiet environment suitable for research and studies, and provides a dynamic and positive setting for both intellectual stimulation and student activities.
A career at AUM offers an opportunity to work with accomplished academic and professional colleagues, one of the best remuneration packages across the globe and an opportunity for intellectual growth and career advancement.
